These unusual times need some unusual measures to support us. Perhaps, what’s unusual is to be tender to yourself. When you take care of yourself, you take care of all around you. And so, my invitation to you is to start resting and tending to you and your inner well-spring. Rest - something that cannot be truly known just by words or techniques; but something that must be felt, embodied, experienced.

Turning of the seasons into a new decade! Summer, I basked with exuberant energy and wonder. Giving and receiving. Thankful for how things have worked out. Autumn, I embrace new roles and new circumstances, releasing long-held patterns and trusting the process. Winter, I take care of myself and others by honoring my needs, and I rest.
